Lutheran Women in Mission:.   LWML meets weekly eight months of the year. They assist with lunch at Great Beginnings Pre School.  They construct approximately 100 quilts a season to ship to Lutheran World Relief.  They support missions with prayer and financially.  They maintain a Greeting Card Cart with greeting cards for sale at a discounted price.   They have a Sunshine Ministry and send greeting cards to members of the congregation who are ill or who suffer a loss.

The quilters meet on Wednesday mornings from 9:30 a.m. to noon in the church library.  The LWML meeting is 10:00 a.m. on the second Thursday of the month.  Quilters and LWML meetings are from March through October.” 

The Carolinas District is comprised of seven different zones.  Resurrection LWML belongs to the Western Zone and the Western Zone is comprised of 10 different LCMS churches.
